Brooke is a BAS Agent with her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping who is continually pursuing further training in XERO and through her membership with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. Formally a Journalist, Brooke has a Diploma in Professional Writing and Editing alongside in-house bookkeeping experience in the IT, trade and building industry.

Lisa brings with her many years of experience in various administration roles within small to global companies.

She has over 10+ years bookkeeping experience and has completed her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting. When working on client documentation, Lisa is very articulate and will always strive to exceed their expectations. A valuable addition to the team, Lisa thrives on customer service.

Jamie is actively working towards becoming a registered BAS Agent, having successfully completed his Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping at the end of last year. Lucy is currently studying for a double bachelor’s degree in commerce and actuarial studies. With a detail-oriented and proactive mindset, she is eager to develop her skills in tools like Xero and MYOB, and contribute to the team’s reputation for exceptional service.

Shane is currently studying a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and has over 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
